JSC SKDM acts properly in the mobile rapid construction buildings market. Production of mobile buildings of the block-container type has begun in 1987, when there was but little need of the segment of housing and industrial construction in Russia. During this time the factory has gathered a wealth of experience in building of multi-purpose complexes on the base of block-containers.

Based on the achievements of the world construction industry specialists of JSC SKDM developed and implemented construction and production technology of mobile rapid construction buildings of MobiCon type. «MobiCon» is a property of the factory and is recorded by federal institute of intellectual property, patents and trademark (Russian Agency for Patents and Trademarks).

Construction of the «VolDom» panels is also property of the factory and is also recorded. On the base of the panels the rapid construction buildings of different purpose are built.
